Chisel plows are designed for loosening compacted soil layers to a depth of up to 45 cm. The chisel plow loosens the soil only by shifting the soil upwards, without any sideways shift, which reduces traction resistance and fuel consumption for cultivating the land. When using ploughs, the energy consumption of tillage is significantly reduced and, as a result, there is a saving of fuel and time for field work. The presence of a toothed roller, after one pass of chisel, contributes to the creation of a leveled surface without large lumps with high rates of moisture retention in the soil.
